SPEAKER_01: For members of the public attending in person who wish to speak at this meeting,
SPEAKER_01: fill out a speaker's request form located on the table outside this room and hand it to SMUD Security.
SPEAKER_01: Members of the public attending this meeting virtually who wish to provide verbal comments during the board meeting may do so
